Begin in a board position on the floor. Drive the right knee in toward chest without raising hips or allowing right foot to touch the floor. Take right foot back in board and repeat on the other side , driving the left knee in toward chest.This has to be done several times with both feet. Repeat for 1 minute. Need to set three. Mountain climbers are a most beautuful way to burn calories.

Jumping Rope

Begin with feet together ,hands holding end of the jump rope, elbows in toward ribs. Swing the jump rope and step or hop both feet above.Just jump with each swing of the rope.You have to be careful while doing this exercise or you may get pain.Need to set three. Again repeat for 1 minute. Jumping rope is a excellent total body tool made for weight loss. Challenge yourself to complete a full minute of jumping. It is more harder.

Squat

Start with feet hip-width apart, arms either at sides holding weights in front of chest. keeping weight in heels and back straight, sit hips back and bend knees to lower into a squat untill thighs are parallel to the floor. Remember to keep knees in line with toes the entire time. Maintain an even pace and rise back to start. Squats are one of the best exercises for weight loss and for building overall strength. When you do them accurately ,you engage your core and entire lower body. 

Running

Whether you love or hate this, running is one of the best and simplest ways to burn fat and you don't need a treadmil to do it. Just lace up your shoes and hit the road. Running is great , but sprinting is even better . Running is the most important part for weight loss. Sprinting helps engage the core and offers shorter duration of runs at higher intensities. So next time you think about running, think more about quality.

Strength training can help you build lean muscles mass which starts to slow down once you hit your 30 second. Resistance training also helps prevent osteoporosis. According to wolff's law. If you lift heavier your bones grow stronger as a response.
